2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
3 green papaya fruits, green and red, with stems
4 green onions
2 cups pineapple juice
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, cooked and diced
salt and pepper to taste
4 city blocks, uncolored
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup white rum
1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
1/2 teaspoon sugar for garnish
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish
In a medium bowl, mix together Italian-style salad dressing, lemon juice, cherries, red fruit, green fruits and pineapple juice. Sprinkle maraschino cherries and green cherries over the greens. Place red cakes over the fruits.
Whisk lemon juice and olive oil into the pineapple syrups and emulsions; allow to immediately spread. Sprinkle maraschino cherries over fruit. Garnish red fruit with pineapple slices.
Drizzle pineapple sugar over maraschino cherries. Garnish with 1/4 cup grated lime zest. Gently drizzle cherry juices over top of fruit. Place garnish ingredients evenly over fruit.
