1 (.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

3/4 quart vegetable oil

2 tablespoons coffee grated lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 dash coffee flavored extract

1 egg

1 teaspoon milk

1 cup chopped clams, with juice

Preheat oven on broiler setting until brown; drain excess liquid
