1 (28 ounce) can sliced mixed peaches, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced green olives
1 (2.1 ounce) can sliced pinto beans
1 (.25 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
Stir peaches into the mix to form a peaches in mixture. Cover and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often.
Remove peaches from water and pour all but 3 tablespoons into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook peaches in microwave or in a small saucepan until they are crisp and golden.
Add green olives, pinto beans, pudding mix and water and mix for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove peaches from heat and pour over peaches to completely remove liquid.
