1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla wafers, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
In a large bowl, mix sugar and salt. Gradually stir in milk and pineapple juice until completely smooth. Pour filling into crust. Chill in refrigerator.
I absolutely love this recipe. To add a little more flavour, I usually use half & half, but here I used whole milk. I also subbed apple cider for the recipe, which worked out beautifully. Thanks so much for sharing.
