4 cabbage, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons roasted garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place cabbage pieces in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Cover with a layer of potatoes, followed by a layer of green peas, and layer with a layer of turnips.
In a large bowl, combine roasted garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix in oil. Sprinkle on top of this, and spread the stuffing mixture on all sides.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until cooked through and just slightly browned.
