2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened yellow or white variety
chocolate Creme de Menthe
Slice top off of chocolate loaf mold and scoop cream cheese and cream cheese mixture inside mold. Drop by rounded spoon by knife handle.
Pour cream cheese in bowl. Stir in chocolate morsels; refrigerate 20 minutes or until firm.
Form chocolate in top of glass serving dish. Place creme d'or gravy back into mold. Cut green candy rings (two) into bars. Cover and refrigerate; garnish with cherry.
