1 fluid ounce orange flavored jigger tequila
1 fluid ounce Ortega Colorful Orange Liqueur
1 fluid ounce fresh pineapple juice
2 cubes ice cubes
In a blender or food processor, blend tequila, orange-flavored whiskey and blueberry orange liqueur. Store extra ice cubes in freezer for pick-by-latch freezing.
In a pitcher, steep in ice cubes while pounding pineapple juice until soft. Pour this mixture over fruit frozen in freezer cubes. Top each compartment with a segmented slice of fruit, a cake or several slices of dark fruit. Fold cake into fruit and ice on top of and serve chilled.
