1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) bottle Mexican mix-ins (optional)
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Mexican mix-ins (optional), sour cream, and chopped onion; transfer to a small bowl.
Slice the turkey breast lengthwise and scoop out the internal fat, leaving a 1/4 inch strip at the bottom. Remove the fat and cut into 22 parts. Combine the mixture with the remaining stuffing, onion and Cheddar cheese and spread evenly over the top of a prepared 10x7 inch casserole dish.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight before serving.
