5 slices bacon
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice concentrate
1 (3.5 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pepper jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
In a medium bowl, mix ketchup, bacon, tomato juice concentrate, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and pepper jack cheese. Cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Preheat grill for high heat.

Slice the bacon strips into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices onto skewers. Place peppers on skewers. Place green chile peppers on skewers. Place green pepper slices on peppers. Place green bell peppers on skewers. Place green bell pepper slices on peppers.
Heat grill about 10 minutes on each side. Carefully add cheese, tomatoes, green chiles, onion, and green pepper slices. Cook 5 minutes on each side. Serve warm.
