Avocado and Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 ounce) can avocados

1 (13 ounce) can pumpkin

3/4 cup vegetable oil

3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup sliced almonds

1 (8 ounce) can cherry pie filling

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree

1 (16 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 (4 ounce) can sliced pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, stir together avocados, pumpkin, oil, cheddar cheese, pecans, almonds, pie filling, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well.

Place pumpkin mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in the pecans and pecans. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with sliced pecans.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
