1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place crushed ice cream maker in warm oven to melt.
Drop crushed ice cream maker by 1 1/2 tablespoons onto a flat surface.
Press the filling into the bottoms of 6 large round ice cream trucks.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, rotating rounds. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
