5 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cream cheese mixture
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup hot Italian-style spaghetti sauce
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Stir in milk. Beat in spaghetti sauce. Chill at least 2 hours.
Deflate cream cheese mixture and slowly add milk, continuing to beat on medium speed until very creamy. Continue beating on high speed until mixture is heated through.
