1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced fresh bell peppers
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sliced green onions
1 (8 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, eggs, oil, mushrooms, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, green onion, olives, almonds and sliced mushrooms. Mix together. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven until bubbly, about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place baking dish in cooler, tightly covered container. Cool completely.
