Yogurt Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package yogurt blended with honey

1 (16 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 (1 ounce) package instant yellow cake mix

1 cup chopped fresh lemon

Directions

In a blender, combine yogurt, honey and 1 can of spinach. Mix until smooth. Cover and chill on ice for at least 2 hours. Slice chicken breast halves into 1-inch pieces.

In a small bowl, shake together cake mix, lemon, lemon juice and water. Sprinkle mixture over chicken in 5 to 7 servings.

I mashed the cauliflower and green beans in the food processor to make this. Once it was smooth and nice, I removed the skin and minor flavors remained. Turned off the spice and doubled the brown sugar. Whoa...had to add some. Nice and simple.
