VERY GOOD BUT USEFUL TOO. I made a rougher crust with egg whites, white table sugar, and brown sugar (cinnamon will do) than the recipe calls for, still came out great. I did have to make my crust thicker, but that was the only small problem I had. I will definately make this again.

This is an excellent wine pairing idea. Both reds were grown in California, so they're naturally red in flavor. I added a bit of sugar and white vinegar to give them a little more color. I wouldn't change a thing, it was excellent, and I'm sure it'd pair great with almost any red meat. Thanks!
