8 ounces dry beef sirloin
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons dried sage
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Place the beef in a medium skillet; brown lightly. Add onions and garlic and saute over medium heat until the onion is golden and the garlic is tender. Generously drain the grease. Add oregano, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, thyme, sage, red pepper flakes and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
