1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) can coconut cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 egg yolks
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the cake mix. Stir in coconut cream, butter, milk, and sugar, then beat again. Slowly mix into cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Pour egg yolks into gelatin over cooled mixture. Spoon into ungreased 15x9 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before storing in refrigerator.
