1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
1 onion, celery, and green bell pepper blended with duck
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 medium onions, grated
1 small tomato, diced
2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup sharable format chopped celery
In a large bowl, stir together the soup and brown sugar. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour or until completely squeezed and cooked through.
In a small bowl, stir together chicken, onion, celery, green bell pepper, mozzarella, tomatoes, carrots and rice. Mix thoroughly and serve.
