1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese dressed with herbs
2 (8 ounce) packages shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (16 ounce) package baby spinach, divided
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped green olives
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
With a large spoon, whip cream cheese and herbs until light and fluffy. Mix in the Cheddar cheese, cream-style corn, baby spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, parsley, garlic powder, green onions and green olives. Drizzle mixture over the last 48 to 60 minutes of baking time.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
