1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 serving large thick cut bacon
1/2 pound cooked chicken wing cutlets
3 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 teaspoons seasoned dry mustard
In a medium bowl whisk together lemon juice, oil, onion, bacon, chicken, and dry mustard. Pour mixture onto the chicken over the top of the chicken. Cover the square loosely with aluminum foil. Place in a smoker.
Heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove chicken, bacon, and seasoning from foil.
Smoke chicken for 5 to 6 hours, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F (70 degrees C).
