1 cup butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 1/3 cups red wine
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together butter and eggs. Beat in sugar, cornstarch, baking soda, lemon zest, marshmallows and lemon peel. Pour into small baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until brown on bottom of ungreased 9x9 inch baking dish. Let cool before cutting into wedges.
