1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound rabbit meat – dry
6 teaspoons kosher salt
5 teaspoons white sugar
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of the oil and salt in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute rabbit until brown. Transfer to a plate. Stir in salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, 1 hour.
