2 eggs
1 sugar cube
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups water
8 green onions, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 (6 ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
4 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, scrubbed
Combine eggs, sugar cube, oil, water, green onions, lemon and lemon zest in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium low heat.
Add cranberry juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, wine vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, and white wine vinegar. Whisk lightly so that juice coats the back of a metal spoon; pour mixture over dumpling.
