3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 teaspoon prepared instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tablespoons egg
1 cup milk
6 egg yolks
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups sliced oranges
1 cup sliced lemons
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
2 cups white sugar
2 cups sour cream
1 (2 liter) can pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
In a medium-size glass, stir together orange marmalade, pudding mix, egg, milk, juice from oranges and pineapple and ice cubes. Pour mixture into a large glass mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and pour into pie crust. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
After it softens, place into pie filling and chill overnight.
Place whipped cream in a mixing bowl and whip cream until stiff. Whip whipped cream into orange nectar and pour mixture over pie. Serve at room temperature or chill reheated.
