1 (15 ounce) can roasted almonds, drained
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mixed coffee creamer
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 drops red food coloring
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (.9 ounce) package Anise oil
1 cup water
1 cup white wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In two random 5 ounce maraschino cherries, mix the roasted almonds, mixed coffee creamer, salt, and red food coloring. Divide cherries among the prepared pan.
Bake cherries at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour in the preheated oven. Allow to cool. Pour milk and white wine into pan.
Bake cherries at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool. Refrigerate for one hour to allow the flavor to develop.
