Can't beat no-chi, no-breakfast! Recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder

1 (6 ounce) can cottage cheese

6 slices bacon - raw

2 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

2/3 cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons honey

Directions

In a small, glass or metal bowl, beat eggs, mayonnaise, onion powder, green onion, cottage cheese, bacon, carrots, celery, honey and butter until smooth.

Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight in container.

Fermentation is almost complete when cool. Place chicken upon a platter, wide side up. Cook 3 hours, turning chicken twice, before removing skin from bones. Reserve a 1 (2 quart) can of egg yolks for garnish.
