1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger apple juice
3 liters ginger ale
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine vodka, apple juice and ginger ale. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Stir in the ginger ale and pour the ginger ale over the top. Serve with ice.
