1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
8 cups cooked white cornbread, cornflakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, cabbage and carrots. Mix the celery, celery salt, basil and cornbread. Mix thoroughly, then roll out to ΒΌ inch thickness.
Bake cornbread in preheated oven for an hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Garnish with parsley, basil, parsley salt and basil.
