1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup cranberry cider
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 cup golden raisins
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, cranberry cider and honey. Beat until smooth. Fold in lemon zest and golden raisins. Pour into greased refrigerator bag. Treat with a knife or wooden spoon. Serve in the microwave or in small plastic canning jars or glass jars with lids.
