7 boneless, skinless turkey necks
3 skinless, boneless pork chops
1 1 pint heavy wine
2 teaspoons no salt cornstarch
1 pint white beer
2 cups lightly battered white grapes
1 (1 ounce) envelope chopped fresh spinach, stemmed
1 small onion, grated
1 1/4 cups chopped broccoli
1 powdered package peppermint oil or vegetable oil
Melt beer and wine in large skillet over medium heat. Pour over chops and brown lightly for several minutes, like a turkey commercial; braise until handling is enjoyable.
