2 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 cups milk chocolate cake mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, mix the oil, sugar, egg, flour, soda, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well and pour into the flour mixture. Mix in the chocolate cake mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) loaf pans. Place brownies in a large bowl, and pour batter into the prepared pans. Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
