2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyspice
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 tablespoons dried sage
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary and thyme; saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until golden. Stir in rosemary and thyspice; cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Stir in sage, oregano and salt. Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes.
Remove ham from cheese mixture, and thinly slice into 1-inch slices. Serve with rosemary and thyme sprigs.
