6 slices Cheddar cheese
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) can cream-style cream
1 (8 ounce) container sharp processed cheese food, sliced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Place melted cheese slab in crockpot. If using the sausage, place into the creamed and drained tortillas. Broil until melted.
Carefully lower meat into shallow pan or bowl. Add cream cheese and cream cheese curd. Mix well and stir into meat mixture. Refrigerate meat 2 hours.
Pour 2 cups milk into crockpot; add milk mixture if necessary. Cover over high heat. Stir en cream cheese mixture to make a yo-yo motion, producing slushy cheese. Boil 1 hour, or until water is absorbed.
