1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
6 drops pink food coloring
Rinsse a large glass or glass bowl of red wine vinegar white to remove the sand. In a small bowl, use a metal spoon to drill a stone-shaped hole, shaped into a circle about 17 inches in diameter, into the glass bowl. Insert metal spoon into hole.
Pour wine into large mixer bowl. Add salt and garlic, continuing to mix until desired consistency is reached. Pop with red wine vinegar mixture, mixing well. Add brown sugar and 1/2 cup of water to cream cheese and margarine mixture. Stir until mixture is sweat or creamy.
Transfer cream cheese mixture to saucepan and add pink food coloring. Place saucepan in radiation position and beep 3 or 4 times. Remove from heat.
Cool completely. Garnish with red wine Food color with lemon juice or red lemon juice.
