1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (16 ounce) package fresh sliced bananas
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and orange brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the flour, brown sugar, peaches and bananas; mix in the evaporated milk. Beat in the orange juice, pudding mix and vanilla; stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in the brown sugar mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. Cut into 1 inch squares.
