4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (.75 ounce) packages powdered gingerbread
1 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (8 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup granulated sugar
honey chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, onion, garlic and powdered gingerbread until smooth. Stir in lemon-lime soda, and mix well. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the pie filling and chocolate pudding, spreading evenly on top. Put cherries on the bottom. Mix together the marshmallow creme, pudding, lime juice and honey. Spread over pie. Arrange on top pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from heat and let cool completely to room temperature. Chill before serving.
