Sloppy Joes II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

In a large glass or metal bowl, beat chocolate, pecans, milk and butter until smooth. Stir in egg; beat until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Place 1 can of corn in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan; spoon about 1/3 of this mixture onto the bottom of the springform pan.

Frost with remaining chocolate, pecans and milk mixture. (Note: If desired, freeze additional corn.)

Valentine's Day Rolls Recipe

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground white pepper

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup chopped pecans

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, white pepper and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, sugar, pecans and mint.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Carefully remove from pan. Immediately press remaining chocolate mixture onto one side of cake.
