Gimcutt's Famous Hash Brown Dinner Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 large onion, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

2 large carrots, sliced

1 medium onion, seeded and sliced

1 (8 ounce) package (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

6 ounces tomato, sliced

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained

1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (16 ounce) can tomato soup

1 cup Swedish meat stuffing

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, oil, onion, carrots, and onion slices.

In a large bowl, combine mixed vegetables, tomato, mixed vegetables, tomato paste, tomato soup, Swedish meat, sausage, hash brown stuffing, salt, oregano, onion, and turkey. Mix well.

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Prepare the pastry by dividing the dough into 2 equal pieces. Roll out each piece of dough into a 4 inch circle, and cut from the end into 4 wedges about 3 inches wide. Place the wedges on top of the filling to form the salad.
