What is an added bonus with this recipe? Coconut water squished in the side dish really adds a ton of texture to the salad. I think the best part about this salad though is the breading. It really grabbed my attention and made me want to try it again. I used the Tropical Colors Spiciness Rub that came with my spice bag. It really makes a difference, and gives this salad memorable character.

Experiment was good but I think I prefer my apple crispier then a salad with butter. I think this is way too much effort, and besides, how many people actually ate this entire thing? Maybe it was my husband, cause I didn't want to leave him with just one apple.
