Smoked Salmon Salmon Dip Recipe


1 (12 ounce) package smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (16 ounce) package chili, drained

2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks

1 medium head iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

2 tablespoons brown sugar


In a medium bowl, mix smoked salmon, onion, chili, carrots and lettuce. Shape mixture into a thin pita. Cover pita with shredded lettuce and tomato.

Place salmon and vegetable mixture on a serving platter. Top with tomato.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
