1 tablespoon margarine
4 pieces sliced bacon
1 leaf celery, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (20 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can diced green chiles
3 tablespoons salt
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Blend together margarine, bacon, celery, onion, garlic, salt, oil, chiles, olives, green chiles, salt and sliced black olives. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, flipping tacos every hour.
