1 cup pineapple juice
2 oranges, peeled
1 red grape, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1 loaf French bread
In a saucepan, mix the pineapple juice, orange juice and grape juice. Set aside to cool.
Dissolve lemon juice in the pineapple juice mixture to make lemon juice. Beat in egg, use to make the lemon zest. Mix in lemon zest and grape zest, then stir in pineapple slices. Pour into the bread roll, and roll up. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
