Sugar Cream Stuffed French Toast Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package French toast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup brandy

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Place French toast cubes in a large bowl and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Seal edges of foil tightly.

Pour egg and vanilla extract in pan hole, leaving a 1 inch border. Place 1 teaspoon brandy and lemon juice over French toast, mixing well.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until bread is golden brown. Allow to cool.
