4 cups shredded chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 (1 ounce) can diced celery with green chile peppers
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place shredded chicken in 8-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix honey, garlic powder, eggs, water, celery with green chile peppers and chicken. Mix well. Transfer to baking dish.
Bake chicken uncovered at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 90 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, turning once.
