Chicken Soup IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat

3 cups chicken broth

1 (15 ounce) can applesauce

1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables mix

1 (1 pound) loaf French baguette mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Blanch chicken breasts using an electric chicken modeler and insert knife into thickest part of meat. Place breasts in a shallow dish or bowl. Mix with chicken broth and applesauce. Cover shallow dish or bowl with cheese cloth.

Place baguette mix onto chicken breast. Roll in brown sugar mixture and sprinkle with remaining chicken.

Place meat on platter in a single layer. Top with cilantro and parsley.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
