1 (4 ounce) package light cream cheese
1 cup yellow mustard
4 celery sticks
1 cup white sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
6 cups shredded chicken breast meat
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, yellow mustard, celery sticks, sugar and butter until smooth. Spread mixture on a large serving serving dish.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted butter and shredded chicken breast meat in a small mixing bowl. Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken. Refrigerate mixture overnight while preparing next day's salad.
