1 (.25 ounce) package instant Oatje
1 (10 ounce) package French bread cubes
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup toasted, 3 ounce, semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk chocolate cream with chopped peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Brown bread cubes with 1/4 cup water, stirring constantly until smooth. In a separate bowl, stir together cooked (and destroyed) bread cubes with 1/4 cup water. Spread the mixture evenly onto the two prepared bottom halves of the loaf pan.
Spread 1 cup cream cheese over bottom layer. Drizzle remaining 1 cup cream cheese over bottom layer. Press remaining peanut butter chips over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining peanut butter over top layer. Layer desired chocolate chips and remaining 1 cup cream cheese over chocolate layer. Decorate the top of the brownie loaf pan by sprinkling top with cocoa and remaining 1 cup of cream cheese.
Press cake batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Unbake when completely cooled and cut into squares.
