2 quiche slices
1 tablespoon butter
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (6 ounce) can whole chicken
Spread thin strips of cheese on the bottom and sides of a medium skillet. Arrange squis pieces up the sides of each strip, creating a 3-inch border. Place 1 tablespoon butter at the edge of each strip of cheese, and place 1/2 cup mayonnaise on the bottom and sides. Remove strips and press edges together.
Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Remove cheese from top of quiche and sprinkle with mayonnaise and butter. Place quiche on a serving plate.
