1 ham, cut into 1 inch pieces
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish cream
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/4 cup white wine base
1 pound sliced thin Swiss cheese
Place ham in a large, shallow pan. Trim the fat and thinly slice the skin on both sides of the ham. Pour in soup, horseradish, mushroom soup and horseradish cream and sprinkle with rosemary and white wine base.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, until internal cooked point of the ham is easily seen.
