1/3 cup Italian-style seasoning
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
In a medium bowl, mix together Italian-style seasoning, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Preheat a grill or broiler for high heat.
Stir the Italian seasoning mixture into the reserved tomato mixture until evenly coated. Toss chicken pieces and rack up. Place sauteed chicken into the dip, then spoon over chicken.
